In her 15 year career, Dr. Saloni Firasta Vastani has developed an expertise in business strategy, pricing and analytics.  She has experience in travel and technology industries in both domestic and international markets including South America, Asia and Europe. She has been credited with solving business problems through insightful data analytics, grounded research and leading cross-functional teams to implement strategy.  Notable clients include Bain Capital, Riverside Private Equity, BCD Group, Deloitte and The Weather Channel.

Over the years, Dr. Vastani has served in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies such as American Airlines and Verizon.  She has also been a part of M&A deals and is a published author with research interests focused on pricing strategy, and innovation management.  She is a frequent speaker in both, industry and academic environments on Revenue Management Strategy, Pricing Analytics and Leadership.

Dr. Vastani received her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and Doctorate from Georgia State University.  She is passionate about community service and serves as a board member for Mckinsey Executive Panel, and JScreen, a public health initiative by Emory University and the Marcus Foundation.  She also served as an advisory board member for Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University and Diabetes Leaders Forum at Centers for Disease Control (CDC).


Before founding KOWEE, Xavier worked for nearly 20 years in the field of Revenue Management: he was successively the Yield Management Director for Air France Cargo, Revenue Management Director for the NRJ Group, and General Manager for Telmar Peaktime (media Revenue Management software solutions editor).

Convinced that Yield Management and Pricing techniques are relevant for the parking industry, Xavier founded KOWEE in 2013. He thinks the market is more and more shifting from parking operators offering on-premise flat prices, to a marketplace where online booking is becoming ubiquitous in most cities and airports, and where agility in terms of pricing policy design is key: « The new apps are giving drivers geo-located prices and real-time availability resulting in improved customer experience with price transparency pushing parking operators to offer price competitive offerings. »

Xavier is graduated from the Ecole des Mines in Paris and he received an Executive MBA from the ENPC.


A graduate of the Ecole de Physique et de Chimie of Paris who earned a doctorate in statistical modeling, Mathieu worked for more than 15 years on creating software and spearheading Revenue Management projects before joining KOWEE.

He participated in the creation and development of the Revenue Management software for Telmar Peaktime and helped media agencies in the operational implementation of Revenue Management in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and France. He also contributed to the creation of several innovative strategies in SaaS mode for Docapost and and was responsible for many projects with large accounts. For KOWEE, Mathieu takes care of, in particular, the creation and implementation of the software strategy.
